For those asking, the program used for the outlines was most likely Paint Tool SAI. I'm guessing but that seems to be the most popular for doing lineart. It's an awesome program, I totally recommend it.^^

What program do you use? I always tend to mess up at step 5 e.e I fail at shading XD It takes me so long to get my shading to be at least satisfactory
